Στον όρμο της Σαρωνίδας βρίσκεται ναυάγιο αεροπλάνου του Β' Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως επιβατικό, αναγνωριστικό ή βομβαρδιστικό. Το αεροσκάφος αυτό πιστεύεται ότι έφυγε από το αεροδρόμιο της Ελευσίνας στις 5 Σεπτεμβρίου 1941 και συνετρίβη στον κόλπο της Σαρωνίδας με απώλεια όλου του πληρώματος. Συνολικά έξι άνθρωποι έχασαν τη ζωή τους.

The once proud aircraft is found in fragments with some larger pieces which are scattered over a large area on the seabed at a depth of 50 meters. An area of over one hundred square meters meters includes most of the fragments of the aircraft although the engines are missing. Today what is left of the main fuselage, which is not much, can be found in very small pieces scattered througout the site.

The visibility at this dive spot is usually excellent, offering divers a great opportunirty to fully explore and appreciate the wreck.
