STYMPHALIA
The ship originally from Italy (NERA) was handed over to the Greek Navy and operated as a water supply/carrier ship until 1978 when it sunk. It is 40 meters in length and has sank in the area of Alepohori sitting upright at the seabed at a depth of 34 meters. It is one of the few discovered historical shipwrecks in the Greek seas which were constructed over a century ago. We would like to thank George for taking us to the dive site in his boat and sharing with us this great wreck.
